These are the three posters I just made for SERENBE PLAYHOUSE, an Atlanta-based Theatre Company that I recently began doing freelance work for (thanks to the ever-talented MCKENNA). You can read about each play at the serenbe link. In other news, I just remembered I still have a blog...sorry for my absence friends.

VOTE NOW!
Here's a poster I just finished for the Say Something Poster Project. The online voting period ends DECEMBER 31ST and I have to get enough votes/points to be in the top 100 (out of 200 or so).
SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE VOTE FOR MY POSTER BEFORE DECEMBER 31st! You can type in my name to find it instead of scrolling through. I'm not sure how long it takes them to get the posters up there but it should be soon. You can probably vote multiple times if you'd like. Just sayin...I know I will. Thanks friends!

This was originally intended as part of my UNTOLD STORIES Series but it was more dependent on pretty shapes and lines than a story.

Prank Call
You and I are Facebook friends, although I haven't seen you in years. We send the occasional message. Let me know when you're passing through town, so we can get together and catch up! Then I'll find out—again via status updates—that you were in town and didn't call. At some point, we stopped prank calling; stopped calling each other, too. The fun ran out. We ran out of things to say. There is a cell phone ringtone now called Old Phone that sounds a lot like the real thing. I had it for a while, but it made me feel empty, the way that things can when they sound so close to what they're trying to be.

I recently walked into a professional print shop to find this bad boy posted on the wall next to a few obama stickers. I thought nothing of it until I realized that I MADE THIS!!! I was really freaked out and asked who printed it. The guy who did said he thought he got it off of google or something but he couldn't remember. I only remember putting it on my facebook so I don't know how he got it.
I'll leave you with this picture I took in San Francisco a few years back. I was photographing an interesting red door in an alley when this velour sweat suited gentleman hobbled through the frame with a brown grocery bag.

about face
Edited with my head cocked to the right at a 90 degree angle to keep in the ear drops. I did this in the last 5 minutes I had in columbia before catching a plane to CHICAGO with laurel for almost a week, sorry if it's not so good. I'll catch back up with you doods when I get back with (hopefully) TONS of awesome pics from chi-town.
Fear not my fellow Bloggers! I have nearly made it through the mirky mire of busy art shows, dreadful job woes, unheard monotones and messy room cyclones to get back to you guys and finally post something on here! And now that I'm back........
I'm going to Chicago! But it's only for a week; not even that. I'll be back. Until then, you can see what I've done the past week (which is to do more design work for free than I've done all summer for money)
Chelsey Mossburg, (23/mother/wife) was recently injured in a life-threatening car accident. I created the identity for her family's fundraising campaign, as well as tickets to an event, a tri-fold brochure, and a flyer. Please visit here or here to learn more and consider donating to her family.

And in addition to all that, I've been doing a good bit of work for the church I attend as well. The following 2-sided cards were done in the last week along with this PUSH work.
SIDEBAR: The use of a drop shadow was used purely for visual purposes only, to show the difference in teh top and the bottom. Thank you.
